SCS#2 SB 224 -- Conveyance of Property in Callaway County

Sponsor:  Vogel

This substitute authorizes the state to convey to the City of
Fulton a permanent easement of state property located in Callaway
County.  The Commissioner of the Office of Administration is
responsible for setting the terms and conditions of the sale of
the property.

The substitute contains an emergency clause.
